Surface Experts is a comprehensive hard surface repair company. We can repair minor damage to many surfaces, including bathtubs, cabinets, floors, appliances, countertops, furniture, and elevator panels… you name it!

• By combining traditional trades with our own proprietary processes and products, we can provide long-lasting repairs that are pleasing to the eye and maintain the original materials.
• We can repair small damage rather than resurfacing or replacing, resulting in satisfied customers who keep calling us back. Our goal is a happy customer who has saved money and time while avoiding adding another damaged surface to the landfill.
• Our typical repair doesn't make a mess, doesn't leave a smell, and doesn't take more than 2 hours. Technicians typically need only a tablespoon or two of product, allowing them to carry everything in a small truck or car.

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We Offer:

• Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: Pay range of $21 to $25 per hour plus performance-based bonuses
• Pay raise following successful training completion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience performing work using your hands. Common areas are construction, manufacturing, painting, or other personal hobbies.
• Facilities maintenance is a huge bonus but is not a requirement.
• Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.

HIRING PROCESS:

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
