Position Overview
As a Shower Installer, you'll be responsible for installing shower and bath systems in residential homes while ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction from start to finish.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently on job sites. You'll ensure installations are completed properly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
What You'll Do
- Install shower and bath systems according to company standards
- Perform accurate measurements, fitting, waterproofing, and finishing work
- Remove existing fixtures and prepare installation areas
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Troubleshoot and adapt to job site conditions as needed
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality expectations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shower, bath, or bathroom remodeling installation experience
- Experience with acrylic, fiberglass, or tile systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Ability to read installation instructions and layouts
- Comfortable lifting and carrying materials up to 100 lbs
- Basic plumbing and waterproofing knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
