Survey, plan, develop, design, configure, and test multi-classification AV solutions forgovernment customers. Generate custom audiovisual system designs, including DSP layoutsand systems configuration. Lead or attend customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate systemrequirements. Research, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customerproblems.Draft system engineering documentation, including signal flows, line diagrams, bills ofmaterials, rack elevations, and cable plants. Support onsite installation of AV systems and lead system configuration phases. Coordinatewith customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systemsinstallation as required.Support the development of end-user training materials and operations & maintenance plans. Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations.Develop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review oftrade publications.

This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Governmentrequires U.S. Citizenship. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months isconsidered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of related work experience for level 3.5+ years of related work experience for level 4. Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.AV systems field installation experience.This position is for first shift but may require occasional compensated, ad hoc support afterhours.active/current full scope poly

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Associate degree or higher. AVIXA CTScertification.DSP platform (Biamp, QSC, etc.) experience.Experience with Crestron, Extron, and Thinklogical systems.
