In this role, you'll support our Bay Hosts and help ensure guests receive hot food, cold drinks, and attentive service while they enjoy their time at Suite Shots. What You Will DoDeliver hot food from the kitchen and cold beverages from the bar to guests quickly and accurately

Support Bay Hosts by clearing and resetting tables so spaces are ready for the next guests

Keep a close eye on bays and tables to anticipate guest needs and provide assistance

Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas

Help ensure guest safety while they enjoy the game and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Provide friendly, attentive service by making eye contact, smiling, and engaging with guests

Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some SundaysThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environmentA positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork

Comfort working in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions

The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs during shifts

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stoopingA food handler certification or the ability to obtain one
