Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards

  • Communicate clearly with advisors and team members

  • Stay up to date on factory training (paid and supported)

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

  • Lead by example as a senior technician and possible mentor

Requirements:

  • Current Ford Senior Master Certification or equivalent

  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical ability

  • Valid driver’s license and clean record

  • Must pass background and drug screening

  • Leadership or mentorship experience a plus
