Supply Chain Management Analyst
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team in Puget Sound, WA and Charleston, SC!
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will leverage data analysis and strategic insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Successful candidates will possess skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply and/or demand troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support our mission to deliver world-class aircraft. Position Responsibilities:
Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane Programs
Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services
Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2026
Experience working with Supply Chain practices and processes
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Experience working both independently and in team environments
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
Contracts Procurement Agent
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Contracts Procurement Agent to join our Global Supply Chain team in Puget Sound, WA and Charleston, SC!
As a Supply Chain Contracts Procurement Agent at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in managing relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, negotiating pricing, terms and conditions, and contract management. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production and delivery. As a Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agent at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and project managing all aspects of their performance, blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production and delivery.
