Job Description

The automotive career-path is rapidly growing in technology, seeking  an eager and motivated team-player. Our Internet Representatives are the first point of contact to assist our customers in the car-buying experience. You will be the go-to person for our customer's questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and the purchasing process. You will become the GM expert on all of the newest technologies, vehicles, & features. We offer paid, on-the-job training dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This position requires a 40 hour work week.  

Flexible day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries 
  • Provide customers with initial product information
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • This position will be focused on Buying cars  from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craiglist, etc. No travel outside the office will be required.

Qualifications:

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
  • Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
