Trophy Nissan is adding to our team. We are seeking energetic and web savvy individuals to add to our BDC team. This is a great opportunity to learn digital retailing along side a tried and true sales process. Experience is a plus but not required. We offer PAID TRAINING. Responsibilities
- The BDC Associate will nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Provide short videos to prospective customers to win them over
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
- Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
