We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Sales Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.The BDC Manager is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on sales.

Make and receive a high volume of inbound/outbound callsRespond to phone inquiries in an efficient professional mannerReply to on-line email leads and requests for sales information within store's standardsMaintain a log of daily activities and completed daily tasksSet appointments as necessaryFollow up with customers to confirm appointmentsUtilize the manufacturer's prospecting and marketing tools if applicableMaintain a log of customers who visit the dealershipPrevious experience setting up/running/managing an Automotive BDC is requiredPrevious experience with Internet/Web response centers is a plusPrevious CRM experience is a plusPrevious experience with Website/SEO/SEM knowledge is a plusGreat communication and customer service skills is requiredExcellent phone presence is requiredStrong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel) is a mustPrior sales, call center, or BDC experience requiredAbility to speak multiple languages is a plusMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
