Job Description
Swiss CNC is looking for a professional and dependable Office Assistant to support our front office operations. This role is a key part of our team and will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and providing administrative support to both the CFO and the Director of HR and Administration.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk area
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Monitor the main building entrance and ensure secure access
- Perform data entry and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Support invoice processing, filing, and other accounting documentation
- Assist the Director of HR and Administration with employee records, onboarding paperwork, and document management
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and supply management
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or receptionist role
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor and ability to multitask
- Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
- Experience in a manufacturing or small business setting
- Familiarity with HR administrative tasks
