Job Description

Aspire Beyond Marketing is currently interviewing for 1-2 Retail Electronic Sales positions in Sacramento! We are looking to fill these positions by early April.

POSITION DUTIES

✔ Complete training on products and services (we represent tech clients nationwide, so familiarity with current trends is a plus)

✔ Answer questions about cell phones, pricing and wireless service packaging

✔ Work as part of a team to meet office sales goals, networking whenever possible in order to improve skill set

✔ Stay up to date on evolving products and tech trends

✔ Provide customers with information on promotions, pricing and relevant information given their preferences. Be a good listener!

✔ Offer solutions to billing issues or other related problem areas in order to drive customer retention

✔ Educate customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections!

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Competitive spirit and the drive to be at the top of the sales board

✔ Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated

✔ Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment

✔ Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our in store marketing system simultaneously

✔ Proficiency in using computer applications

✔ High level of integrity

✔ Excellent communication skills
