Leidos is seeking experienced Intelligence professionals in Northern Virginia for a long-term program supporting critical national security missions - and we'll pay you if we hire your referred candidate!
We're seeking experienced intelligence professionals for multiple high-impact roles in the Northern Virginia area (McLean, Chantilly, Reston, Warrenton), including:
- Desk Officers
- Targeting Officers
- Operations Advisors
- Reports Officers
- Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO)
All positions require an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and experience supporting this client.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
