Our team works throughout the seasons providing professional tree services to homeowners across the Twin Cities.If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and team mindset, we’ll help you build the rest.What You'll DoAs part of our tree care team, you’ll work alongside experienced arborists and climbers to learn the skills of professional tree care.Responsibilities may include:

Assisting crews with tree trimming, pruning, and removals
Learning proper rigging, climbing, and arborist techniques
Operating equipment such as chainsaws, and rigging gear
Supporting climbers and foremen to ensure safe and efficient job sites
Helping maintain clean, professional work sites
Learning industry best practices and ISA arboriculture standards

This role is the first step in becoming a professional arborist with opportunities to grow into climbing, crew leadership, and advanced tree care roles.What We're Looking ForWe’re searching for team members who:
