The role includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with educational and ethical standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations.*
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).*
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making.*
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students.*
• Consult with teachers, administrators, counselors, and related service providers.*
• Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior management strategies.*
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations.*
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis *
• Valid New Mexico BCBA certification
