How You Can Play a Key Role as a Behavior Support Program AssistantSupport the community living supervisor and the operations of the Supervised Living ProgramSupport direct support professionals interacting with person served

Help train and guide new/substitute staff

Support individuals diagnosed with a disability and medical needs in a group home setting

Promote positive engagement, independence, and meaningful activity for those we serve

Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze CertificateBA/BS or some college courses preferred.Must be at least 18 years old

Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record.Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.Previous supervisor experience preferredOPTIONAL: ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required. This is not a complete job description.
