Job Description
- Clinician-owned and operated: We are a small, family run organization, not a large corporate setting.

- We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Based on availability and performance, you have access to Student Analyst Supervision and support toward obtaining your BCBA credential.
- Paid Training, RBT exam fee reimbursement, recertification costs covered, ability to shadow different professionals and explore your unique path.
- Multi-Disciplinary Team: You have the support of, and connection with, teammates in ABA, speech, OT, PT, and mental health as well as the ability to explore paths into these areas of practice.

- Education: High school diploma or GED required.

- Integrity: You will work in family’s homes without constant supervision.
- Engaging: Your time will be spent positively engaging with children who need your support.
- Communication: Session notes will need to be professional and complete, and your team will need to hear from you in a timely manner.
- Availability: Full-time, consistent availability (30+ hours, Monday - Friday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, assist with client needs, perform various physical postures (sitting, kneeling, standing, getting up from floor) as needed for client safety.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Google Docs, data entry).
- Reliable transportation.
