Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings- Collect and record data on observable client behavior- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities- Knowledge of behavior management techniques- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles- Background in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plus- Patient care experience is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:* MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 12:00 PM AND 8:00 PM, WITH SHIFTS SCHEDULED FROM 12:00–4:00 PM OR 4:00–8:00 PM BASED ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS. * Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends as needed
