Founded in 2018, Little Stars Therapy Services is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the Wichita area. We provide individualized therapy, parent support, and community outreach designed to help children build independence and confidence.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in clinic, home, and community settings while implementing personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Each day, you'll help children strengthen communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, play skills, and daily living abilities.

You will track progress through data collection, document client achievements, and collaborate closely with supervisors and families to ensure high-quality care. Your work will directly impact the lives of children and help them reach important milestones.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and thrive in a team environment. Successful candidates are patient, energetic, professional, and eager to learn.

Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, teaching, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or special education is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

Applicants must be able to actively engage throughout the day, including standing, sitting, bending, walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Training Requirement

This position requires completion of the 40-Hour Behavior Technician Course along with diploma and/or transcripts before your start date. Time will be provided between offer date and start date so you can complete this requirement.

Accepted training programs include KCART OASIS RBT Training, Relias RBT Training, ReThink RBT Training, Autism Partnership Foundation RBT Training, Behavior Development Solutions RBT Training, and Positive Behavior Solutions RBT Training.
