About Personalized Therapy

Personalized Therapy LLC is a multi-disciplinary Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health center offering a comprehensive range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Psychological services. Our team of dedicated professionals work together to provide customized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

About the role

We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to join our Behavioral Health department in St. Mary's County. This is a full-time or part-time, hourly opportunity, ideal for those who communicate effectively and have a compassionate, positive demeanor. The primary work involves implementing behavior treatment programs with a focus on empowering clients to develop useful skills. You should have an understanding of visual acuity and a willingness to physically interact with clients.

Paid online and in-person training is provided for this position.

What you'll do

Follow behavior protocol, adjusting strategies as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.
Note accurate treatment data, observing client responses and variations.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Possess a valid driver's license, capable of providing reliable transportation.
Physically present at the job location, demonstrating commitment and punctuality.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A GED or high school diploma is required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in English language.
Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation.
