Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training + Growth OpportunitiesSalary: $21.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)

🧩 What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents
- Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills
- Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress and document session notes
- Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team

No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
- Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation+ valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius
(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)
Schedule Requirements:
- Afternoon availability (after school hours)
- At least 4 days per week
- Occasional weekend availability may be requested

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old.
- Pass a criminal background check and TB test and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if providing in-home services.
