We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout NY.
The Role: Where Learning Meets ImpactAs a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change.
You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field.
Sessions take place in client homes.Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible.After-school availability required, weekends a plus.
What You’ll Do• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA• Collect session data and document client progress• Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule• Be a part of a new community initiative launching this summer.
Requirements
Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to travel locally to client homes
Preferred ExperienceExperience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare
