Job Description

• 1. Completes initial assessments to establish master treatment goals. • 2. Coordinates clinical services while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.• 3. Identifies therapeutic needs and continuum of clinical care for the clients.• 4. Performs psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed. • 5. Documents all services, attends treatment team meetings, and works closely with inpatient behavioral staff.• 6. Facilitates specialized groups using evidence based interventions (CBT, DBT, movement therapy, etc).
