More Impact.Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the remainder of the current school year and the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. • Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
• Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
• Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
• Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or ParaPro Certification
• Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
• Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required)
• Inclination to work well in a team environment
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
