Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Level 2 Physician ER to work at a facility in Tahlequah , Oklahoma.These are registry positions with our company.Pay Rate: $300 / hour*1099Short Description:MD ER OK license Need to be ED BC ED exp. Can be also FM boarded. 200 pts per day combined volume.33 beds total (13 ER. 20 ER OF) can have active IMLC or FCVS to submit and must obtain OK /OBDNN to startComplete Description:NPDB results Needed to submitNeed to submit billing summaries with CPT codes and descriptions of codes(for last 12 months) prior to presenting providers and will include in thesubmission. Mostly days, but some nights. 7pm-7am, days are 7am-7pm, 8-8, 10-10, 11-11, and 12-12.Board certified (preferred) or board eligible physician with a minimum of two year experience in Emergency department or Urgent Care. Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required to have ACLS, PALS, BLS, and be comfortable with all ages and both acute and chronic care. Expected to see 2.5 to 3 patients per hour. The volume in the department averages 230 patients a day. Shifts will be 12 hour/day. Cerner Electronic Health Record.- Volume 200+ between the ED and UC in a 24 hour period. 16-22 per Physician depending on acuity in the ED - coverage Double - What shifts- Days and Night mixture - What backup support? 24 Ped and Hospitalist in House, Ortho, Stemi call, ENT call, Podiatry, Nephrology just no inpatient dialysis, OB, BH + - Cases?
