If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!What You'll DoManage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, foodservice, medications etc.)Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities

Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health TechnicianOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment

Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries

Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
