- Sign-on Bonus - $250 to be paid to you after 30 days of employment in this position

Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage clients to adhere to program expectations and rules
- Participate in treatment teams and document client progress
- Facilitate group sessions and educational programs
- Provide transportation and support daily activities as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, report maintenance issues, and adhere to program policies and procedures
- Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients
- Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and medication administration
- Assist with personal care (e.g. grooming, bathing, dressing) as needed
- Ensure client safety and supervision, including regular checks
- Facilitate client participation in program activities and services

- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Monitor clients for signs and symptoms of withdrawal
- Ensure safe and effective management of withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor effects
- Provide support and encouragement throughout the withdrawal process
- High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment
- Experience in Human Services or related field preferred
- Within the first ninety (90) days in position (for Residential Care Facility): Become credentialed as a Level 1 Med Aid (LIMA) and be Insulin Certified
