Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician I

As a Behavioral Health Technician I, you’ll play a hands‑on role in helping individuals on their recovery journey. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, dependable people who want meaningful work, whether you’re starting your career in human services or continuing to grow in the field.
You don’t need years of experience—we provide training and support. What matters most is your willingness to show up, engage, and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients in their daily routines and recovery-focused activities
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Lead or assist with group activities and educational sessions
- Observe, document, and communicate client behaviors to the treatment team
- Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures
- Respond calmly and appropriately to crisis situations
- Provide transportation support when needed
- Work closely with nurses and clinicians to support treatment plans
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of responsible work experience (any industry)
- A desire to help others in recovery
- Good communication skills and reliability
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in mental health, human services, or customer‑facing roles
