Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)- Manhattan, NY (Onsite) - Full-Time- Mon-Fri No Weekends - $94,000 Per YearTitle: Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)Location: Manhattan, NYEmployment Type: Full-Time- Mon-Fri No WeekendsCompensation:Pay Range: $94,000 Per YearJob Summary:• This position involves providing therapeutic services in a primary care clinic setting, focusing on behavioral health. • The role is full-time and based onsite in Manhattan, NY, with a schedule of Monday through Friday and no weekend work. • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed records using electronic medical records systems.Requirements:• Valid New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) required.• Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.• Experience with target populations such as individuals with serious mental illness, developmental disabilities, or serious substance use disorders.• Strong organizational skills for managing assessments and treatment plans.• Experience in maintaining accurate electronic medical records and documentation.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and individual settings.Qualifications:• Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus.• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds in a multicultural setting.• Experience with Limited English Proficient populations and interpretation support.• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with compassion and empathy.• Proficiency in generic office software; ability to enter data accurately.• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferred.• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.Please email: andrea.carrasco@hcmmi.com#LI-AC4#INDONE26-03138
