Position Summary
The Behavioral Healthcare Provider provides behavioral health services through individual and group counseling, diagnostic assessments, suicide risk management, and crisis intervention. This role supports individuals through assessment and therapeutic services while responding appropriately to behavioral health needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual counseling services.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments.
- Provide suicide risk management and appropriate intervention.
- Respond to behavioral health crises and provide crisis intervention.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience providing individual counseling.
- Experience facilitating group counseling.
- Experience with suicide risk management.
- Experience conducting diagnostic assessments.
- Experience providing crisis intervention.
- Must hold one of the following Ohio licenses:
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT)
