Job Purpose:
- The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs during Shift 3. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, well-being, and therapeutic progress of clients through direct care, observation, and intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document client behavior and progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Implement and support individualized treatment plans as directed by clinical staff.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques in response to client needs.
- Facilitate group activities and therapeutic sessions to promote client engagement and recovery.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to center policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment for clients.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for clients as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health care.
