Food Runner (Full-Time/Part-Time) Saratoga Race CourseBelmont Stakes and the 2026 Racing Season
SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking Food Runners to join our team at the Saratoga Race Course and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the station while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers. Must be 18 and older.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that all stations are stocked with food and supplies when guests arrive.
- Assist with clearing the dining room table of dirty dishes and linens.
- Assist servers in carrying food trays to tables.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Ensure that all stations are stocked with clean dishes, clean utensils, and clean dishes.
- Assist in cleaning the kitchen during peak hours or when necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the environment.
- Comply with all health and safety standards for kitchen environments.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a food runner is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act with integrity in a high-pressure situation.
- Ability to act quickly and responsibly in situations where such action is required repeatedly throughout the shift (e.g., storing guest bills, cleaning dishes, handling money).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal.
Salary: $17.00 per hour.
