JOB TITLE: Shop Manager - Ben & Jerry's New Haven

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $1050-$1200 weekly

LOCATION: New Haven, CT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

New Haven nights are alive -- and we need someone who thrives when the city does.

This is a leadership role for someone who's equal parts operator and culture-builder. You'll run a tight shop, grow a great team, and make sure every scoop hits the same standard at midnight as it does at noon. If you're energized by late-night rushes, love developing people, and want to lead a business that actually stands for something -- this one's for you.

Hours: Open until midnight on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that actually wants to show up
• Deliver standout guest experiences every hour, every night of the week
• Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with accountability and care
• Hold high standards during late-night hours when it counts most
• Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand and show up for the New Haven community

Schedule note: This role includes regular late-night shifts. Weekday close is midnight; Friday and Saturday close is 3am. Night owls and experienced hospitality leaders encouraged to apply.
