JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Benefits Admin.Duration: 3-month Temp AssignmentLocation: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite PositionPosition Responsibilities:
- Review and complete Social Security Overpayment waivers.
- Process Representative Payee applications accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare Social Security address changes.
- Scan, sort, and index incoming mail.
- Review and approve medical invoices.
- Attend and participate in intake staffing to support client service coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge of government programs, benefits, and entitlements.
- Understanding of administrative processes related to public assistance and case management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documentation.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
- Proficiency in office technology, including document scanning, indexing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a government, healthcare, or social services setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
