As a Benefits Coordinator, you will work directly with individuals and families through virtual meetings, helping them understand their available benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will play an important role in ensuring clients receive clear information and support when making important decisions about their coverage.
The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while building valuable professional skills.
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
Explain benefit programs and coverage options in a clear and professional manner
Assist clients with completing enrollment applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure all questions are answered
Participate in ongoing training to learn products, policies, and best practices
Track progress toward personal performance goals
