Job DetailsAs Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of all employee benefits programs, including:
  • Lead day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants
  • Oversee annual open enrollment, communications, and employee education initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure seamless benefits delivery
  • Analyze benefits utilization and costs, recommending plan enhancements and cost‑containment strategies
  • Develop clear, engaging benefits communications that enhance employee understanding and satisfaction
  • Support audits, reporting, and internal controls related to benefits administration
  • Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitive offerings
What We’re Looking For5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or benefits managementStrong knowledge of:
  • Health & welfare plans
  • Retirement plans (401(k))
  • Benefits compliance and regulations
Experience partnering with brokers, carriers, and third-party administratorsProven ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of employee serviceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredCEBS or similar certification a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryAnnual bonus potentialComprehensive, high-quality benefits packageRelocation assistance availableLocationTyler, TX (Onsite)Relocation is required.
