Daily Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options

  • Provide follow-up communication and ongoing client support

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Participate in training and mentorship programs to strengthen professional skills
