Benefits Senior Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Benefits Senior Manager with deep experience in benefits administration to lead payroll and benefits operations for our growing, multi-state organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees receive accurate pay, competitive benefits, and a seamless support experience as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Own benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Manage open enrollment, plan changes, audits, and employee benefit inquiries
- Partner with HR and Finance to design and improve benefits programs and strategy
- Oversee payroll systems, schedules, and data integrity
- Supervise and develop payroll and benefits team members
- Ensure multi-state payroll tax compliance and reporting
- Coordinate with benefits brokers, vendors, and external auditors
- Prepare payroll and benefits reporting for leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading benefits administration for a mid-to-large organization
- Payroll processing experience preferred
- Experience supporting companies with 500+ employees
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations
- Experience with self-funded or complex benefits plans preferred
- Familiarity with commissions and bonus compensation structures
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized leadership style
