We’re Looking for Our Next Leader
Are you at a point in your career where you know you’re capable of more, but your current position doesn’t give you much room to grow?

Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but it is not required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting virtually with working families to educate them on their available benefits
- Building relationships and communicating with clients throughout the enrollment process
- Conducting virtual presentations and consultations
- Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions
- Developing strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Requirements
- Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous
- A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most
