At S&A, we're seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to meet with local families who have requested information about affordable life insurance coverage.

This is an OUTSIDE SALES position — you will travel locally and meet clients in their homes. No cold calling. These are warm leads.

Responsibilities

Travel locally to meet clients in their homes
Conduct face-to-face consultations using company-provided leads
Present life insurance options in a clear, helpful manner
Build long-term client relationships
Manage your schedule and territory efficiently
Achieve sales goals through a client-first approach

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and strong people skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Comfortable working independently in the field
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust quickly
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
