Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front of House staff member to be the face of our restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and puts the guest experience first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Manage, seat, and rotate customers in the dining area efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions via POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, host stand, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and resetting tables.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
