Job Description

Who We Are:Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served Idaho and Montana for four generations.

Job Summary:The Beverage Merchandiser: Part Time is responsible for visiting retail accounts to ensure company products are properly stocked, merchandised, and rotated throughout their assigned route.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock and merchandise a variety of beverage products safely and efficiently.
Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory with company products.
Rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and comply with expiration date requirements.
Build, maintain, and remove promotional displays, endcaps, and other merchandising features.
Install and maintain point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional decals.
Safely operate manual handling equipment, including hand trucks, to transport and stock products.
Travel between assigned retail locations using a company vehicle or personal vehicle as directed.
Follow merchandising plans and instructions provided by sales representatives and merchandising supervisors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations.
Reliable transportation for use throughout the workday and proof of current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs. Duties include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Work independently across multiple retail locations, including early mornings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as needed.
