At Allstate Zee Agency, we pride ourselves on delivering trusted protection and outstanding customer service to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Agent who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow a rewarding career.
Compensation & Incentives:
>Base compensation up to $40,000*
>Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually
>Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+
>Paid training and clear career growth opportunities
Schedule & Work Environment:
>Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
>First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding
>After 6 months: Hybrid agreed upon schedule
>After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option
MUST ALREADY HAVE TX PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Position Overview:
As a Bi-Lingual Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high-income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.
