Bi-Lingual Receptionist/Hr Clerk

Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/HR Clerk for our Hereford Plant who has a positive and friendly attitude.

Must be able to work shift as requested-may include some Saturday.

Schedule is subject to change as needed.

ResponsibilitiesDuties will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls- Good phone etiquette
• Greet and schedule applicants for interviews and schedule physicals
• Detailed orientated
• Good Organizational Skills
• Ability to prioritize work 
• Various tracking activities and data entry (e.g., attendance, logs, etc.)
• Produce various reports in excel and other computer software.
• Filing, assisting with time keeping, and be first point of contact with employees.
• Required to do orientation and speak in groups
• Ability to do orientation with large groups 
• Multitasking - phones, window and looking up information
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous HR work-related or office administrative skills, knowledge or experience
• Bilingual- English and Spanish required - fluent in both
• Must work independently and as a team
• Sensitivity to confidential information
• Ability to use computer software programs to achieve job functions (example: MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Strong work ethics of integrity, honesty and dependability
• Good Work History
