As an Agency Apprentice, you will work directly with agency leadership, gain hands-on experience serving customers, and learn the day-to-day operations of a growing insurance agency. We believe skills can be taught, but character, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

This position is ideal for someone seeking professional growth and an opportunity to develop into future roles within our organization.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Process customer service requests and policy changes
• Follow up with clients by phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with administrative and office tasks
• Support daily agency operations
• Learn agency systems, products, and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
