Set the strategy for our healthcare programs — and make sure it sticksRun daily operations so services are delivered well, every timeOwn the budget — keep it lean, keep it accountableBuild real relationships with the community we serveLead change without the chaosTurn data into decisions, not just reportsReport to senior leadership with clarity and confidenceKeep every program compliant, safe, and high-qualityBuild a team that shows up and shows out

Who we're looking for:

Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years leading healthcare programs — respite care, community engagement, or IDD servicesA track record of running operations, leading change, and building strategy that worksSharp with data. Sharper with people.A communicator who can talk to a case manager and a board member in the same dayFluent in English and SpanishA leader people actually want to follow
