Salary Range: $17.30 - $19.23 per hour

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions.
Effectively communicate policy options, coverage details, and pricing in both English and Spanish.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall growth and success.
Process new business applications and assist with policy endorsements and renewals.
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
RequirementsActive Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Active Nevada Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written (Required)
Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and standard office software.
