Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Interim Talent Coordinator
Location: Olive Branch, MSDuration: Temp to Hire Hourly Rate: $25.00
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Bilingual (Spanish) HR  Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruiting and onboarding efforts—helping create a smooth, engaging experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and calendars.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire transition.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving efficiently.
  • Assist with job postings, candidate communications, and general recruiting administration.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to candidates and team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and pre-qualification as needed.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow.
  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and new hire orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to the recruiting team on candidate status and pipeline activity.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives as needed, including coordinating and hosting weekly hiring events to support client growth and staffing demands.
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS systems preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to type 40 - 50 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting high-volume or light industrial recruiting.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance documentation (I-9, E-Verify, etc).
  • Prior experience in staffing or agency environments.
