Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Talent Coordinator (English/Spanish)Location: Olive Branch, MSHourly Rate: $18+ DOE
Position Summary:
The Bilingual Talent Coordinator supports daily onboarding, and compliance operations. This role is responsible for assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while ensuring clear communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees. The coordinator helps maintain a positive workplace culture and ensures HR processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist with new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a bilingual resource for employees by translating HR policies, procedures, and communications (English/Spanish).
- Respond to employee questions related to benefits, policies, attendance, and workplace concerns.
- Assist with employee relations matters and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate HR programs such as training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
- Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of HR experience in customer service, administrative support
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bullhorn, Workday, Google applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting hourly workforce in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and employee relations practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
