Job Description
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Position Requirements:
- This is a work-from-home position.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Time.
- English and Spanish customer support may be required based on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Zero or more years of customer service or telephone support experience.
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
- Experience using computer software, telephone technology, fax equipment, and help desk software.
- Basic business, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
