Now Hiring: Bilingual Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)

Krause Family Hyundai | Gainesville, GA

Krause Family Hyundai is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Sales Consultant fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team! As a family-owned dealership, we take pride in creating a welcoming, pressure-free environment where customers feel valued and employees have the opportunity to succeed.

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven, and who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. We're offering the opportunity to join the Krause Auto Group here at our Gainesville location with opportunities to progress in a growing dealer group.

What you'll do:

Assist customers in English and Spanish throughout the vehicle-buying process
Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat customers.
Work with sales managers and finance managers to structure deals and help customers complete their purchases.
Maintain product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, features, and technology

Expectations:

Fluency in both English and Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Self-motivation and a desire to achieve goals.
Professionalism and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Previous sales or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
